14 separate checks run before a carton is sealed: electrical, mechanical, leak, finish and packaging. Anything outside tolerance is quarantined the same day and reported to you, rather than shipped with a hope and a discount.
Every batch is pulled from running production, not from a display shelf. We check draw resistance, airflow balance, charge behaviour, leak performance after a temperature shift, finish quality and carton integrity, and we keep the pull records against the order number.

Choosing the core line
We source vape cartridges from a small group of factories we have worked with for years. That means a specification can be held across repeat orders instead of being re-qualified from scratch every quarter. Consistency is a boring selling point and it is also the entire game.
A practical starting order for brand owners is 60 units across two or three SKUs, not 60 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
