The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.

Staff knowledge converts better than any poster. If your team can explain the difference between two coils in one sentence, the step-up SKU sells itself.

Building an assortment that actually turns

We publish a realistic band of 1.85 to 5.74 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
