Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
Reading a quotation properly
We publish a realistic band of 1.90 to 5.30 per unit for standard configurations at 50 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For brand owners the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
