Vape Cartridge first order checklist for small batches
Buyers come to us for vape cartridge after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for brand owners.

After-sales, replacements and reorders
This page is for brand owners who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.
Returns are handled as data, not as complaints. Every reported failure is logged by mode and by batch, and the pattern is reviewed monthly with the factory.
Technical questions usually arrive at the worst possible moment, which is why we answer them on WhatsApp as well as email. A photo and a two line message resolves most issues faster than a ticket.
What a sensible opening order looks like
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the vape cartridge list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
Unit price versus landed cost
We publish a realistic band of 1.84 to 5.38 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Freight is quoted separately and honestly. Bundling it into the unit price looks tidy and hides the one line that changes most often between shipments.
- Named account contact who has handled the product
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Artwork proof plus physical dummy for custom packaging
- Seven-day defect reporting with replace-or-credit
How orders move from factory to shelf
We can consolidate mixed orders of vape cartridges into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
If you dropship, we can label cartons to your format and omit our documentation from the outer box. It is a small operational detail that decides whether your customer sees a supplier or a partner.
Specification summary
| Volume | 1.0 ml |
| Core | Ceramic |
| Resistance | 1.2 ohm |
| Thread | 510 thread |
| Airflow | Bottom |
| Packaging | Blister |
| Minimum order | 300 units per SKU, mixed cartons allowed |
| Lead time | 12 working days after artwork approval |
We would rather lose an order at quotation stage than explain a mismatch after delivery, which is why the specification conversation comes before the price conversation.
Frequently asked
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 100 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
